My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. I knew new tiores were a posibilioty and I was correct/ Falkner had the same brand and style of tires I had previously purchased, and they installed them. I was satisfied with the work as I have always been.

Greeted with friendly smiles and hellos around every corner. Friendly conversation with everyone. The dealership took care of me after a mixup in keys when I purchased my truck. Dealership is renewing my faith in the experience of buying vehicles and service that goes along with it.

I made an appointment and was not told there was a payment to check the car. I wasn’t told online when I made appointment or when I called. I was told my car was ready for pickup and no work was done and I was still charged. But I wasn’t told when I got a call either that they were charging me. I don’t think that is good customer service. People should know what to expect. If I make an appointment just too look I don’t know prices. I was surprised with a $200

Quickly isolated the issue, had a replacement part in stock, switched out in a timely mannor and BAM, back on the road again. Service CSR (TJ) was good at explaining the process as well.

They always get the job done.

It's nice to know and greatly appreciated that the service team and mechanics actually diagnose a problem without like other chip shops telling you this will fix problem and a week later you take it back just for them to say you need this part now to fix it. Next thing you know you are spending thousands of dollars and nothing solves problems. Thank you Faulkner for getting job done honestly and one price one time. Great job guys.

I had some extensive work done on my car. Kim Stolte, the service advisor, did an outstanding job working with me. Whatever you are paying her, it’s not enough. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and works with her customers to make the experience as painless on my wallet as possible.

The radio speakers were not working, so they needed to be replaced. It turned out the radio needed to be replaced. It unexpectedly took 2 days which was very inconvenient. A rental car was offered by TJ, however none was available.

Walked in, talked with Jim about a truck. Was in and out the first night in 45 mins after finding what I wanted. Then when I picked it up, done in a little bit over an hour but mostly because of insurance taking half the time.

TJ did a great job of keeping me informed about was what going on with my car. Jim Oravec helped me out with getting my extended warranty. Technician completed all the work needed in an efficient amount of time. Overall a great experience.

None of my complaints were corrected stating unable to duplicate. They updated the software but after driving the vehicle nothing was fixed. 1) Automatic high beams won't come on. Was told they can't confirm because it's not night time ( STILL DON'T WORK). 2) Collision avoidance doesn't work. Vehicle doesn't try to stop, sometime the seat will buzz but no warning will display and the vehicle makes no attempt to stop. No attempt was made to verify. Was told the green light is on so it's ok. Lastly, I asked that the oil be replaced with 15w40 instead of the 0w20 even though 15w40 is a better oil.

Scott my service counter associate was very personable and I had a great experience with my first maintenance appointment for my 2025 Trailblazer.

My niece took my car over and left it for inspection. I was called later to hear some options and recommendations after so many miles, etc. When the car was ready I was called. My niece picked it up - no waiting or problems with the experience at all. No problems mean service as expected.

I always love bringing my Equinox to Faulkner service. I was a bit disappointed that all of my mirrors and drivers seat were moved this time. I have an issue with my legs and it takes some time getting my seat adjusted so as not to have pain. If it just gets moved back I easily move it forward but this time the tilt of the seat bottom was changed as was the backrest as well. I understand the service technician needs to be able to drive it; however they just usually slide the seat back to correct length. I couldn’t understand why everything was changed this visit for a short drive.

Car work was excellent IT Was cleaner than when we brought it Thanks to Am and pm shuttle drivers to get me home and then later get my wife and i back to pick up car.

I have a 2015 GMC Canyon that has been serviced here for 6 years. Before I came to Joe and his team I was dissatisfied with the GMC dealer and others. So much in fact that I was ready to sell it and go back to Toyota. Joe took a personal interest in my situation and went out of his way to make my truck the best it could be. So here it is, 10 year old truck that runs better than new. THANK YOU JOE. I drive out of my way by about 15 miles to got there and no one else will touch my truck. His team is cheerful, knowledgeable and fair. GO THERE!!!!!!!

The service team at Faulkner is always very helpful. I called the service department and TJ Flannery about a melted mirror housing and he took care of everything to get the repair covered by warranty. The body shop also did a nice job with painting the part, I cannot tell the difference between the factory finish and the new part. Experiences like this is why I am happy that I bought from Faulkner and GM and look forward to purchasing my next truck from them.

The dealership told me that the incident of the noise being heard when I open the door it was normal had to do with the fuel pump priming. However I asked them why it did not do that for the first six months I owned a car. They could not justify why it’s just started after six months driving this new car.

On 8/14/2025, I called, looking to make an appointment to change the air filters and wiper blades that was among several recommended items that was identified on a prior visit. Kim was prompt, attentive, understanding, and was able to get me in the same day, totally unexpected. Anyway, while there, her outstanding service continued, explaining and helping me understand the further issues that were uncovered. Ultimately, we reached a fair agreement on which services I could do today, and which ones I could wait a little on, and how I can monitor a new situation where the Tire Pressure Sensor went bad. The whole experience was very positive, kudos to Kim.

An appointment was made to service my 2014 Silverado (State Inspection, oil change and filter). During the inspection it was noted the right rear shock needed replacement so work was done to replace both.

The visit was perfect. Kim is definitely an outstanding customer service manager, as well as all the staff. Everybody is friendly, polite, and efficient.

Our appointment was not scheduled correctly and we got a call back from the dealership explaining that we spoke with someone in their call center and not in the dealership as we had a very large function the morning of our appointment and we were going to wait for our oil change but Decided to drop it off and then was advised that they don’t do diagnostics on Saturday and then was advised that they only had one tech so it would be done later in the day and we can pick it up on Sunday. We were a little taken back by all the misinformation, and we’re also kind of surprised that they don’t wash the car when it’s in for service at the end of the appointment.
